Time is wrong

didn't happen until a while ago. my setting on my forum is [UTC - 5] Eastern Standard Time, so it should be 1:12 pm. but instead my forum says it is 8:12 am, so it's 5 hours off. It's definitely not my forum, since I checked with the phpBB support team, so I'm assuming it's x10hosting.

can the server time be fixed please (for me)?

I am sure that they will fix the time once all the major problems have been fixed.
