Time until site is live

Hi all.
Just set up my account (http://fuzzymon.pcriot.com/)
And was wondering if there is a time delay before the site can be viewed?
Cpanel is fine, but can't see the site

Yes, it may take some time but it’s working now.

It does appear to be valid. You should clear your browser's cache. Also, there is some occasional downtime on the free servers, so if you can't see it, check back in a few minutes.
