I signed up with x10 for a free account today around noon. Since then I have been unable to upload (ftp) or use cPanel. The errors are all timeouts trying to connect. I also get timeouts trying to ping the server. The server I've been assigned is xo4.x10hosting.com and my username is lkhorton.
