To many Email addresses Error

I made 5 email addresses and from an earlier post I was having problems getting any of them to come up in my Outlook, but I figured out that problem and deleted all but one of the email addresses and went to create a second email address. i was actually planing to use but it tells me I already made to many and according to the window i only have one created. can someone please help me out.
