TOO MANY sticky threads indistinguishable by title

Please (sticky thread) guys,

There are too many sticky threads insisting that they must be read before posting. It's no wonder people post without reading them. It's a natural form of self-defence against information overload to avoid plowing through stuff that looks disorganised (and lengthy) unless absolutely necessary.

The problem is that most if not all the stickies should be read. They are in the relevant forums so one should only need to read the ones in that forum before posting. Once you have read them, just keep an eye out for a new reply to them or new ones that pop up. You shouldn't have to read them every time you post.
