Too much Downtime

hi peeps,

i love the hosting package, especially as it is free. the only prob i have is that my site has too much downtime. Is there a major problem as most other peoples site from this forum also seem to be down alot???

We are currently rebooting lotus.
It locked up for some reason. We do our best to keep the downtime minimal.
