torrent file hosting

I have read a couple threads on this but am still confused. I don't want to be suspended, so this is why I'm asking first.

My site www.prestonandstevearchive.com hosted on x10 has permission to retransmit their shows that are not available through their podcast site/iTunes anymore. I use BitTorrent to share the files on my personal computer. My question is, can I put .torrent files on my x10 site that link back to my personal computer. I would not be using my site as the tracker because I use a public tracker somewhere else.

Yes, as long as they are not illegal or stolen in any way. Since you say you have permission you can put them up.
