Totally Hopeless

All I requested was for a domain name change.

I did it from the menu, and since then my site has gone.

I've asked you guys for help at least three or four times,
and everytime someone has said "I'll look into it, I'll see......"

Is there nothing that can be done to get my domain back?
I mean, kk.x10hosting.com is unaccessible,
kriminalklub.x10hosting.com is unaccessible,
what gives?

I'll be happy with either of the two names. I'll leave it to
you. But can you get it working? I don't mean to be rude,
but it's getting a bit irritating. It;s been more than two weeks
since I accessed my cpanel.

To be totally honest, I can see why nobody is willing to help you. ( My personal opnion here ) :

It started back on 8-21, when you first started having problems. ( Click Here ) ... If you notice, Phil ( A Senior Staff ) offered to assist. He stated you needed to reach him if it didn't work.

Two days later ( CLICK HERE ) you start a new thread, stating the same thing. At this point, the server was having issues - so it wouldn't of mattered if anyone had helped - everything was down ( But yet - you hadn't contacted anyone - just asked someone to fix your problem )

Two more days, you created this thread. You miss something in the other posts? Someone stated that one ( or now both ) of those names may be taken ... so your chances are slim.

You were asked in one of the threads that if it didn't work, that Phil would look into it ... but instead, you create 2 more threads.

My advice is, instead of the continued demand for one of these 2 sub-domains, is to ask politely to Phil or an Account Manager ( by asking, I mean PM them - so they see your message ) to please look into your case, state that back on 8-12 you attempted to change your account details and something went screwy. Ask if they can look and see if either name is available and if so, you'd like A or B ...

yup...this is rediculous and here at x10 it is known as SPAM which is absolutely untolerated, i don't know why you haven't already been warned but stick with ONE thread not 3 they would've got to your problem soon enough, and remember this most likely isn't there life, and it shouldn't be your's either so get up and go worry abuot something else!

the reason you can't find your account is because it doesn't exist. I am not sure what happened but it doesn't exist
