Traffic Exchange Script - Ventrino

So, I've been itching to get my own traffic exchange site going for a while now... I've done a bit of research, and looked around for the best deals.

At the moment I have my eye on Ventrino. http://www.ventrino.com/product.php?p=tech#features

If you scroll down a bit on that page they have something like this:

Now.. I am worried how they speak about these kinds of sites using up a lot of resources, so I don't want to choose the wrong hosting plan and have to stuff around later.
I was hoping that instead of worrying about paying their hosting fees, I could get one here... but... is the script compatible? I have a sinking feeling it isn't.

And if it is, any advise on what plan here would be best? :happysad: I have a free one already, so I'd just need to upgrade 'n crud.
