Transfer $55 of Moneybookers to paypal

I would like to transfer $55 to my paypal account.. i have this money in Moneybookers
I just looking if someone have a paypal and moneybookers account for make the transfer... I could transfer my money in MB to the MB account of this person and he transfer the money via paypal... i could give a 8% of Fee
