Transfer failed. Use the Transfer Queue for automatic retries.

Hello, I am still super new at this. I updated my "index.html" text file and was hoping to upload it via SmartFTP. It has been working before, but all of the sudden it tells me "Transfer failed. Use the Transfer Queue for automatic retries". I think it might have something to do with my quota being over, but I have no idea how to fix this, I don't even know that there is a quota. Maybe some of my files are too large? I tried to delete some of them, but it still gives me the same "Transfer failed. Use the Transfer Queue for automatic retries" error message.

What should I do? I have a school webpage design project due and I am hoping to fix this asap. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
