Transfer my domain

Hi there!

You have been very kindly hosting my personal webpages for some months now and I have to say that your service is EXCELLENT. I also have a webpage on my own domain which is hosted for free. The hosts are ending free hosting but they own my domain name.
Can I transfer my domain to you? What are my options?

What do you mean they "own" the domain name?
Did you pay for it?
Are they a registrar like GoDaddy ?

Hi

The company is Heart Internet in the UK.

They are a hosting company and, I guess, a registrar. I am keeping my domain with them for the time being. I just didn't want to pay for hosting a website that is not visited much.

I have successfully redirected the DNS to the x10 servers and it all seems to be working OK. I have just been sorting out the email side of things.

I think everything is sorted out so this support request can be closed. Thank you.
