Transfering A Domain

Hello,

I have purchased a domain at instant-deploy.com but i dont know how to transfer my x10hosting free domain to purchased domain at instant-deploy.com so plz help me to solve this problem they want these things.

plz tell me what to insert in it and plz describe me completely so i can manage it myself and plz tell me anything else which is not in the pic for example tell me about cname when we use it etc.
