trashed public_html folder

Ah Boss,

I am an idiot.

After I just got your response, I went to the cpanel files section, went to public_html->www, selected everything, went to download but got distracted (minor household emergency) , hit delete instead, confirmed without looking, and now everything is gone! I can upload again, but my ftp isn't being accepted...

Anyway you can restore the defaults so I can re-upload? I PROMISE to be more careful in the future!
