Triying to make me switch to ad-enhanced plan

Sub-domain gamersforums.x10hosting.com? I don't remember havn't been here in like a month.
When I try to go to my account panel it asks me for the cpanel username for ad-enhanced plan although my account is on the ad-free plan. It says my cpanel username is invalid and it won't let me go to my account panel.

Well if you haven't been on the forums for a month then you are probably suspended. You have to sign into the forums at least once every 2 weeks. It's part of the site's TOS.
