Im getting this error
Code: 
 => 2003
    [message] => Can't connect to MySQL server on 'trilynn.dyndns.org' (4)
    [query] => SET NAMES utf8
    [context] => /home/dead420/public_html/index.php line 97


The IP of my hosting pc is  the same as my registerd

PM me the IP with a link to this thread, it has to be allowed through our firewall.
