trouble finding db

well ive dl'd ipb lots of times before but this time it cant connect to db...

heres the db username and db name:

You have to click Add user to DB, it seems you haven't added it yet otherwise it would say so at the top of the page. Click Add user to Database and then retry to install it.

I am having trouble connecting to the database to to install things. I think there is somthing wrong with the server...
