Trouble Linking Account

Can any one tell me what cPanel is? I am a new user. When I tried to link my hosting account to a cPanel username, I got an error prompt "The hosting username you specified does not exist."

I used my forum username as cPanel username. It does not work. Don't know what to do. If anyone can help me? Many thanks in anticipation!:nuts:

Hi, your accounts are already linked together. You should be able to login to your control panel at http://csc336.x10Hosting.com:2082

From 2 days Im not able to login. 2 days ago a window used to appear to ask username and password. And it was working fine. But from 2 days the window does not appears. I have to put my user name and password in internet explorer. and when i click to login, nothing happens and the same login page reopens. http://ajmerplus.exofire.net:2082
