trouble logging in to my account

I have trouble logging in to manage my account
before I had two account, so my first host account had been suspended .
after I drop one host account, my first host account "canam" has been unsuspended.

however, now I cannot logging into my account and my website has been suspended again.

is any problem that system cannot link my forum account and host account?

please let me know how to solve it
