My account was suspended the other day because of inactivity, which is something I don't entirely understand but thats not the problem.

The problem is I cannot log into the cPanel nor can i log into the FTP site. And the site
http://kephryn.elementfx.com/
returns the connection was reset.

Can any one enlighten me or are you guy still overloaded with work because of updates and preventing people from abusing your systems.

Regardless, great work and have a great day.

The Inactivity suspension is just a way to get people to login and hopefully read up on Server Alerts and current x10 news. Although this rarely happens, we hope by requiring people to login, that it will get them to do so.

Thanks, StarShine but what exactly am i suppose to sign into. I can get in to the account, and read the alerts but am I suppose to sign into the forums. I cannot view the site at all nor can I access FTP, What am I suppose to do to re-enable this.

I have noticed though and it may be a bug or other issue but when i log into http://x10hosting.com/account I see the message "You last visted on October 2nd at 9:56 AM", but for a while it was blank I would get "You last visted on ", not telling me that i was there the day before when I was. I check the status of the servers quite often.

Is that what you are referring to when you say:

The Inactivity suspension is just a way to get people to login and hopefully read up on Server Alerts and current x10 news. Although this rarely happens, we hope by requiring people to login, that it will get them to do so.

Again thank.

4.) Thou shall visit the forums once every two weeks.
This is a very simple requirement. You must visit the forums here, once every 2 weeks to keep your account active. If you do not we will assume you are inactive and suspend your account.

Just logging into the forums. It use to be you had to log into Cpanel to keep active, but it was changed and we require just logging into the forums ( No posting required, just a login. Although, we wouldn't mind having a post or two. :) )

Now, you say you can't even view your site. I clicked on your webpage link and it loads just perfectly for me. This could be an issue on your end for that. As for the login issue ... I don't honestly have a clue. I will, however, pass this message to one of the other staff that may be able to assist further.
