Trouble Parking New Domain

Hi. I am attempting to park a domain from dot.tk using custom DNS, which requires me to know my nameservers and their IP addresses. My only problem is that I don't know where to get this stuff...

My site address is: mdconservatives.pcriot.com

Help is appreciated! :)
