Hallo guys,

first of all a big thanks to all at x10hosting - you are doing a great job. I have the following problem - when I try to use the php function imagettftext, I get an error message. Probably the True Type library is the reason for this. I searched the forum before posting and as it turned out there were users with similar problems a couple of years ago, but the problems were solved pretty fast. I hope you can do something about it again. Thanks a lot in advance.

Hm, anyone? Do you have any idea what's up with the true type font library?

Hi again.

Here's a function that will not work unless this library is fixed - imagettftext. The only thing the function does is printing a string to an image using a ttf font (like Arial or Verdana or Times New Roman). Here is a link to the function in the official php site. As you can see,

Note: This function requires both the GD library and the » FreeType library.
According to the official php site you can find the FreeType Library here. I would really appreciate if someone fixes this or at least tell me that my request will be further ignored.

Try logging into your account management panel.(not cpanel) and request a php upgrade to level 2(intermediate). I think this will solve the issue.
