trying to access cPanel I get a wrong out-of-space message

When I try to access cPanel, I get the message:
\"Sorry for the inconvenience!
The filesystem mounted at /home/elsassc on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.\"
It is not possible that I have run out if disk space, as the only file that I have uploaded is compressed-wordpress (sized 3.430 KB).
My server is Chopin.
Please, review hosting conditions/restrictions on my account. Thanks a lot!
