Trying to access my WebDisk

i have an issue here, i'm trying to access to my webdisk but this message appears:
"Internet explorer could not open http://ecuellar.x10hosting.com:2077/ as a web folder. Would you like to see its default view instead?
I choose the option Yes and then this message appears
"There was a problem connecting to the Webdisk service. Please make sure ports 2078 (SSL) and 2077 re not firewalled."
A few days ago my webdisk was working perfectly. I don't know what to do.

Hi, thanks for responding me quickly, i tried to acces that address (http://74.86.116.190:2077) but i got this message:
"The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings. "

Early in the morning i tried to access the webdisk and it still doesn't work, i really need the webdisk functionality because it's for my last semester school project. So please if anyone can help me i'll be tremendously thankful.

We're going to do a cPanel upgrade tonight. Hopefully this will fix your issue. Please post back later if it still does not work
