Trying to get my site unsuspended

I've been reading the FAQ's and trying to login under my username (at https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php) but all my logins fail and when I hit the "forgot password?" link all it does is put a "#" after the .php extension in the address bar with no change. I'm on a MacBook using Safari and this wasn't a problem in the past.

I'm almost positive that the suspension was from inactivity since I have been rather busy but I'm losing a substantial amount of money per day that it is down. And either way I'd like to stay informed about the suspension. I figured I'd get an e-mail but have only been getting frantic messages from friends and coworkers. wheelingpbcrwl.x10hosting.com

If you cannot login to your site administration page and go into the account settings where there is a "details" button next to your account status (suspended) then you will need to email the x10 hosting support staff and tell them what you want to do and the issues that you are having.
