Trying to get the ad code

I am currently trying to log into my account management, and everything is correct but I can not get the adcode that is required to put on my site...

I just get "Account does not exist" for some reason...

Another problem is that I'm trying to upgrade my PHP so wordpress works on my site. But I've been waiting for almost 2 hours now and I can't login to my account to try to upgrade and double check the ad code. Can anyone fix please? I will try to reply tomorrow.

What happens when you try to login on http://x10hosting/account?

You get an 'account not found' error? What is the error exactly?

I am able to log in to the account panel fine with your account.
