Trying to install php script

When i run setup.php the only thing that shows up is NO! I use a database from this host, so I use url instead of localhost, beause I don't know the localhost IP for x10hosting.

Can someone help me?

You use localhost.
You don't have to use a ip. If it requires a ip use 127.0.0.1
