A leagal version of IPB, which i'm having IPS install for me and the support tech said that:

Hello,

It looks like required PHP functions are disabled on this host. The installer will not execute, and PHPINFO is disabled, so i can't tell what functions work and what functions don't. But I'm reasonably sure that this hosts configuration will not support IPB.

Check with them and see what PHP functions are disabled.

Login to your account panel: http://x10hosting.com/login with your FORUM user\pass. Once logged in there is a section on the left to request the new version of PHP. Request Version 2(Intermediate).
