I have been trying to get in touch with someone at x10 for the last two weeks to arrange to pay my bill, I have tried emailing the support line from my server but have had no answer. My account has now been suspended and I still am no closer to having this resolved.
The email account I originally signed up with is locked out and all I want is my bill sent to an alternative account but there is no phone number to contact for help on the x10 website, can someone please give me an email address or something that can help me sort this out???
