Trying to uninstall Drupal

Well drupal is not working for me well it ask me to run a cron job I dont know what that is or how to use it. Now I an uninstall using fantastico. When I click on prepare drupal for removal I get this message ::

Warning: shell_exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/jermaine/public_html/devsoftinteractive/prepare_removal.php on line 22

Any way to fix this?

uninstall drupal Manually. Um. First off, Delete the SQL user and Database. Then Delete the Directory, and then go to :

Connect via FTP > .fantiscodata> delete the Drupal folder.
That should clear Fantisco from thinking you have it installed.

Also, Please note that this might not be the way to do it. I have done it in the past, but if it screw's up something, I can't be claimed responsible, Sorry =(
