Turn on allow_url_fopen (Yes same API Key problem) but found the solution *i think*

Hello,
I searched on Google about working API Key in wordpress and i have came to know that if

allow_url_fopen = On

Is NOT turn on in php.ini i can't verify my API Key. Thats why i think i get that error.

What is your cPanel username.
