Two files suddently appear in my file manager !!

Two files suddently appear in my file manager. Those files are in my /forum directory each of them taking up 25mb. So my 100mb just burnt like that.
The files are named :
core.20651
core.28631
What are they? Must i delete them.

They are core dump files, something crashed with one of your PHP scripts. Yes, you can remove them.
