Two Questions: 500 Error and Gallery2

Hi,

I have two questions, one of them is really quick so I thought I'd throw another one in here too! Firstly, sometimes I get a 500 error when accessing one of my .php web pages. What causes this and is there a fix?

Secondly, I don't want to break any rules, it's a great service you have here, so would like to ask if I can install Gallery. It's free software found at http://gallery.menalto.com . Is there a howto for installing such software if it is allowed?

For the 500 error: Is it persistent (aka does it happen 100% of the time when loading that page), or does it only happen some of the time when loading that page? If it happens all the time, check the permissions: files MUST be 644 and folders MUST be 755. If it only happens some of the time, there seems to be an ongoing issue with one of starka's webservers. We've fixed it a few times now but it keeps coming back. Please be patient while we investigate the root cause of this issue
