1. What is the "Level Two" support forum for, and how are you able to use it?

2. My brother just created an account, and his CPanel has a "Forgotten Password" box while mine hasn't, and he gets to use "Level Two Support". What does this mean?

1. Level Two support is for support issues that require Senior Staff or Admin attention. If something can't be handled by Account Managers, it gets moved there. This alerts the SS and Admin to support threads that need attention.
