Alot of our staff is 16 under. ( Auvee is 13 I think and he's an admin)

Who ever is best for the job will get it. Tyler is very Smart thats what got him were he is.

Theres like half and half staff here. Half are younger the 16 (I'm Quite sure) And half are older.

Your right on that, besides, age doesn't matter if you know how to do your job. I've seen many applications asking if they're not chosen for being too young, and it has nothing to do with that. As soon as more staff is needed, more people will be chosen.

well, i wasnt complaining or anything, just stating that the staff were young, because of that, also age should never be a factor if they know what they are doing better than some older people

I saw that to, So I talked to Corey about it and Corey said "Staff will be chosen as needed."

Soo when no one replys to your app, Just leave it there and people will be chosen as need.

We know you weren't complaining we were just saying soo people would know for thoughs of you who don't.

Yes, Well most of the staff here do go to school as they are younger Even I go to school still. We manage x10 just fine even with school.

But i think its a good thing for young people to have something constructive to do.

Im 14 and ive just started coding a full php website, as its half term and i have nothing better to do but play golf and code and meet my mates.
