So my accounts has been locked. b/c i was not on the forums.

so i did what the email told me 2 do.. which is log into the forums, check my messages, and log out. It even said that posting was NOT required.

so i tired to un suspend my account via the automatic forum and still nothing.

i then login to www.x10hosting.com and it says that i need to make a forum post to un suspend my account.

why on one page do u say I do not need to post, and on another it says that I do need to post?

The email is partially correct - in order to STAY unsuspended you need to log in, browse a bit, then log off. Personally I don't even find the need to login and logoff - Firefox has me on "always remember" and it hasn't suspended me yet (but I still browse it every day).

In any case, once you're suspended, you're right - you need to make a forum post to bring it to the attention of the mods/admin (there are a lot of accounts suspended each day given the size of the userbase). Ideally this should be in the Suspended Accounts subforum, but it'll get moved by a mod there in any case.

They do need some information though:

cPanel user name:
Subdomain/Doman:
How long you've had your account:
Comments?
Suspension Reason:

If you could fill that out and post it here again (in the same topic please), it'll help the mods/admin get your account back on its feet faster

This is a very simple requirement. You must visit the forums here, once every 2 weeks to keep your account active. If you do not we will assume you are inactive and suspend your account.
