I posted a reply to my other thread, and got no feedback. I seriously need help here. The last guy who replied said my account was not there, yet I registered last night. I haven't even gotten a chance to upload or install anything because I couldn't even access the bloody cPanel. I wanna know what's up, so I can just leave this place, if it is you all are known for having constant server problems. I do not want to have to waste my time waiting for uptime when I could be trying to find a better host. Sure, you all are more generous with hosting space, and features, also you guys are honest. A bit too honest, with your downtimes, and on-time posting of issues with servers and whatnot. But seriously, is this the kind of first impression you want to put on new members; not even getting to use the service they just registered for?
