Unable to Access Control Panel Due to “Multiple Accounts” Error – Account Suspended After 45 Days

Hello,

I’m having an issue accessing my x10Hosting control panel. My website has been suspended because the system detected that I haven’t logged into the control panel in the last 45 days. The problem is that I’m unable to log in, since every time I try, I receive an error message saying that there are “multiple simultaneous accounts”.

In my household we are five people, and all of us have used x10Hosting for many years. This might be the reason why the system detects multiple accounts from the same IP address. However, the only account we currently need active is the one associated with the following URL:


I would really appreciate your help in reactivating the account and allowing me to access the control panel again. If you need any additional information to verify ownership, I will be happy to provide it.
