unable to access cpanel on xo4

Hi,
Everytime I try to log in to my account control panel today, I get "Sign in complete! Redirecting to the control panel..." and then the connection times out. I'm also no longer able to access my site at ucmentis.x10.bz -- also due to a connection timeout. Is the server down? Or is there something wrong with my account? What can I do to get access back?

looks like you IP is on a firewall
I 'see' your site with no issues
you can test if your site is up - at --> [ http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ucmentis.x10.bz ]

if it is on a x10hosting firewall you will need staff to remove it

I can't seem to see anything on our side that could be interfering with your connection. Are there any firewalls in place that could be causing this?

Ah thanks--just checked via proxy. Does seem to be a new firewall at my workplace. I'll get in touch with IT. Thanks for the help!

They'll need to unblock TCP port 2083 for communication with cPanel.
