Unable to Access CPanel or Webmail

My account states that it is suspended. The reason given is:
Suspension Reason user transfered to another server.

I also cannot access the CPanel or the Webmail facility.

don't worry it will be back soon.. and please daily check.. http://status.x10hosting.com and further information i have is the transferring of both the servers..
