Unable to access cPanel

Hi,
I'm trying to access my cPanel and it always fails with invalid user id or passwor. I'm able to login to x10hosting site and I'm clicking the Login to cPanel from the hosting page. I'm assuming the password would be the same as my account password.
Kindly advice.

I already tried the "Update my password option". It updates my login password but not my cPanel.
