unable to access cpanel

Dear Sir,

I am unable to access this link: http://vdesignlabs.exofire.net:2082/
It asks for the password and when I give it, it again asks for the password and keeps going like that.
Can you please tell me what the problem is.
If the password has to be reset, can you please do that.
Also ftp too is not working.
It says: Unable to make a connection. Please try again.
The host name that I had used is: ftp.x10hostings.com
And the same username and password.....

But I have no problem in accessing http://x10hosting.com/account with the same password.

I am totally confused..........

Make sure you use the Cpanel user name and password for the cPanel.

I can get to your cpanel. Also please use all lower case letters in both user name and password.

If you still have problems let me know. I will then change your password and pm you with a new one.
