I'm unable to access cPanel for some odd reason. I have just registered and can log into Account Management but when I go to cPanel I get:
Server Load: 2.13
Apache HTTP: online
MySQL: Online
Exim: Online
cPanel: Online
FTP: Online
DNS: Online
More information:
Account Username: prodrift
Primary Domain: http://prodrift.x10hosting.com
cPanel URL: http://prodrift.x10hosting.com:2082
Hosting Type: Ad-Free
It would be greatly appreciated if you can help solve this problem

After viewing several threads I found this link:
http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082
I was successfully able to login to cPanel through that link. So why am I unable to use: http://prodrift.x10hosting.com:2082?
Should I just use the above link from now on?
