Hello,
lateley i'm having an issue with my database. In the first place, when i wanted to access my site (biofizyka.x10.mx) it responded with 'Could not connect to the database.', with no further information. After a copule of minutes the problem seem to be the same, but this time it responded with:
Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'xal_admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/xal/public_html/db/mysql4.php on line 48
Access denied for user 'xal_admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
And the first thing i noticed was in my cPanel in databases tab, the [MySQL databases] and in my databases list, there was the only one i got, and the indicator says it's 0.00MB - what surprised me, because i didn't deleted it.
Then, i tried to login to phpmyadmin panel, and there i got the error #1045 - failed to connect to the MySQL server.
Is this a permanent or temporary state? How can i prevent it form happening again? And the most important: What should i do, do make it work again?
I'm also wondering if is it possible to check if someone else (from other ip than mine) logged on my account, or somehow else did anything to crash my database (or even changed my password) ? - And if i can prevent anybody else login to my account?
Looking forward for fast respond,
Kind Regards,
Alex.
