Unable to access email (contact@solfilters.com)

Hi,
I am no longer able to access the mentioned email account to retrieve my emails. I am currently accessing it via Outlook and the settings are configured as per the manual settings on the Mail Client Configuration page.

I've also tried accessing via webmail without success. The error message on Horde is:
"A fatal error has occurred
DB Error: connect failed
Details have been logged for the administrator."

The error message on Roundcube is:
"DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!
Unable to connect to the database!
Please contact your server-administrator."

Appreciate if you could check out this issue and resolve it.

There seems to be a few issues with email at the present time.
Regarding webmail, Horde and Roundcube are not currently working. You should be able to use Squirrelmail.
