unable to access ftp server

im trying to access my sites ftp server and for soem reason its unable to display the page. im unable to tell if the dns server is down due to the account pg not displaying correctly. it is unable to pull up the server info. if the dns isnt the issue would this be related to the global crossing issue

Your site loads fine for me, it's not a global crossing issue. Try it again.

it says that the internet explorer cannot display the pg. im on ie7 on windows vista.

Can you make a ping and a tracert to your website and paste it here?

when i try to ping my site it says that the ping request could not find the host and then my website which i know is typed correctly. when i tracert its unable to resolve the host name
