Unable to access my Hosting Account

Hi,

I am unable to access my hosting account. Neither my site opens nor my FTP account works. Please let me know why it is so and how i can make it working?

My Cpanel username was: tasks

I think x10hosting.com has deleted my account. But i want to know why? I had some important files lying on my server and how i can get them back?

Could it be that your account was suspended, and then since you didn't unsuspend it within ten days it was deleted? That is most likely what happened. Once an account is deleted, it is unrecoverable.

But i din get any email regarding this on my Registered Email ID.. Nor for suspending my account..
