Unable to access my site

Well, I went to see how my site was going today, and I kept getting "unable to connect" errors. I logged into my account from the main x10 site, and I got this lovely error:

"An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue."



So, here I am... posting on the forums. Any ideas?
