Now I am unable to access the website. Normally, if it exceeds one month, I would access and get it done.

Now, I am unable to do it.

It looks like you let it go too long this time. After 30 days, your account is merely suspended due to inactivity and can be unsuspended by logging in. 21 days beyond that, the account is terminated and its contents deleted (in accordance with the Terms of Service). You are free to create a new account (using the same address if it's still available), but the contents of your old account cannot be recovered. If you do not have a local backup, you'll have to start afresh.
