Unable to access POP3 e-mails from e-mail client

I've set up an e-mail account in cPanel: belltown@belltown.x10hosting.com.

I've verified that I can send e-mails to this account; they go to my /mail/belltown.x10hosting.com/belltown/new directory.

I've configured my Outlook client as follows:
User Name: belltown
Password: xxxxxxxx
Incoming Mail Server (POP3): boru.x10hosting.com (Port 995/SSL)
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) boru.x10hosting.com (Port 465/SSL)

The "Test Account Settings" feature tests okay. It is able to log on to the POP3 and SMTP servers and send a test e-mail message, which I verified is sent correctly.

I can send e-mail messages from this account, but I cannot receive any of my e-mail messages.

I've also tried configuring the e-mail client for non-SSL access, and for IMAP access. None of these configurations work.

What am I missing?
